Derived poses by moving the trunk or neck

 

 

(stand up. bend)

(stand. bend neck forward)

(Standing. Neck Bend Right/Left )

Postures derived by moving the trunk or neck are divided into:

 

First: bending movements

 

By moving the torso or neck forward, backward, or to one side

As in the following example (standing, neck bent forward) or (standing. torso flexed forward)​

Performance description: torso or neck tilts forward 

Call:  neck forward ............ bend

(Standing, torso forward, downward)

(standing. arch)

(standing. mile)

(standing. flexion right/left)

 

 

Second: the twisting movements

 

The movement of the trunk or neck to the right or left

As in the following example (standing. Turn the stem right) 

Performance description: The torso is rotated to the right for the maximum available range of motion, with the legs and pelvis stable, and the chest facing the right side (or   to one side).

Call:  Trunk Right ............ He wrapped

 

 

Other examples:

(Standing. Turn the torso to the left)

(Stand up. Turn neck to the right)

(Stand up. Turn neck to the left)
