Upper body as standing
The front foot advances 30-60 cm
Distributes the weight of the body evenly on the feet

Upper body as in standing position with a slight tilt of the torso forward
Arms straight and between the knees 
Palms inward and fingers pointing down 
Full bend of the knees so that they point outward slightly
- Leaning on the instep
 
 The Call: With the heels raised high and the knees apart ..... the knees are fully ..... bent

Performance Specifications:
Upper body as standing 
- The arms are straight next to the body
Palms inward and fingers pointing down 
Leaning on one foot and moving the other forward, the knee and the instep extended so that the instep touches the ground in front
 
 The call: comb the right/left leg forward........Put
 
 

(Stand in half. Left/right leg in front, arms aside)

Upper body as standing
The arms are straight beside the body and parallel to the floor
- basing on one leg and moving the other forward at a 45-degree angle from the thigh joint and  knee and metatarsal extended
 
 The Call: With the left/right leg raised in front.........the arms aside.......Raise

Arms high above the head with elbows and hands bent to form a ring 
The palms are pointing down and the fingers are straight and touching
Leaning on one knee, as in a kneeling position
The free leg is at a 45-degree angle to one side, with the knee and instep spread apart so that the big toe touches the ground and the face of the foot is
