Performance description:- One   feet forward, a distance of 75:60 cm _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ so that the foot begins to descend first on the heel and then the instep that points forward.

- Bend the knee of the front leg so that the leg is with the thigh at a right angle and the knee is perpendicular to the instep .

The rear leg is completely straight, the torso and head tilt forward a little, the chest and knee forward in one direction, and the weight of the body moves forward a little  .

The call:   right foot / left foot forward............ Stabbing

Note: The stabbing is called the bent knee. If the stabbing is in the front, the bent knee is the front, and so on. A distinction is made between the lateral and anterior stabbing in the direction of the torso, as the stabbing is in front, the front knee and the chest are in the forward direction, and the lateral stabbing is the knee in the side direction and the chest in the forward direction.
