Write the initial position

The initial position is the position taken by the body before performing the movement. It is written in parentheses, and it is either:

a-original mode: as (standing), (lying), (kneeling), (hanging), (sitting squared)

B-original mode + mode derivative: Such as

C -original mode + more than one derivative modeExample: 1-  (standing. open. arms aside)

It is noted that the order of the derived movements is as follows:

(original position - derived position for the legs - derived position for the arms - derived position for the torso

Example (standing. Forward position. Flexion crosswise. Inclination)

e -Derivative mode from the original modeLike: 1- (Standing halfway)

Key points to consider when writing the initial position of the exercise:-

1. If the initial position includes one or more derivative positions from the original position, these positions are separated by a dot (.) provided that writing the derived positions inside parentheses is followed according to the following sequence:The muscle group of the legs - the group of the muscles of the arms - the group of the muscles of the trunk, without connecting them with conjunctions such as (and), (fa).

2. One of the most important characteristics of posture of all kinds is stability, meaning the immobility of all parts of the body in this posture. Based on this, when writing what is inside the parentheses, we must avoid writing any kind of movement, such as:(Bend - Lift - Extend - Rotation...etc).Except for the words (til - roll - arch) that express the trunk only.

3. If the initial position includes a derivative position by moving the arms, and the type of movement for each of the two arms is the same, while the difference is in the direction of movement, then it must be indicated in writing to the direction of each arm without naming the arm. Example(Standing. One arm in front, one in back).

4. if the initial status includes set (original or derived from the original or special mode + more than one_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b58d-bb3b58d) in this case 136bad5cf In the following order:( original "or derived from the original or special" then derivative with the two legs_derived-legs-derived cc785c1958c781994_bad_cf. -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_then derivative_neck then derivative_stump then_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5_bad5cf58d_derivative_trunk.    _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3581958d1905bad5_bb3cf78dcf_cf58d_cf58d_cf58d_cf58d_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf58d_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_cf_v_v)_cf_cf -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

3- (handstand)

4- (squatting)
