Points to keep in mind when writing  exercise:-

1. She writes the moves in the order they are performed.

2. The letter (and) is used when performing two movements of one or different types of one muscle group at the same time.
Example (standing) raising one arm side and the other high

3. The letter (with) is used when performing two movements from two different muscle groups at the same time.

Example (standing, cross-bent) stabbing forward with arms outstretched.

4 If the exercise includes successive movements, they must be linked together using the conjunctions: and, fa, then ... and if there are more movements, these letters are used for the second time according to their previous sequence.

Example (standing) opening the feet and raising the arms aside, leaning the torso forward and then bending the arms on the chest

5. If the exercise includes two movements, one original and the other complementary, the original movement must be written first immediately after the initial position, and the original movement can be distinguished from the complementary movement in the light of the following: The main objective of the exercise, the degree of difficulty of performance

Example (standing) stabbing forward with arms bent over the chest

6. The word (exchange) is written at the beginning of the exercise and immediately after the arc when performing the same movement on both sides of the body or in two opposite directions, provided that it is required to return to the initial position and remain stable in it before starting the movement to the other side.
Example (standing) alternating torso flexion aside

7. The word (alternately) is written at the end of writing the exercise when performing the same movement on the side of the body or in two opposite directions without stability in the initial position.

Example (standing, center steady) alternately bend the torso aside

8. If the part to be moved is in a bending position, the type of movement must be written (extension) and vice versa.

Example (standing, flexion) extending the arms up high
